Abstract

National development cannot be separated from infrastructure development, especially in regions. Madiun Regency is one of the areas in East Java that cares about regional infrastructure development for the community. public. One measure used to determine the level of community satisfaction with infrastructure development by the Central Government and Regional Governments is the Infrastructure Service Satisfaction Index (IKLI). The purpose of this research is to analyze and review the Bina Marga Infrastructure Service Satisfaction Index in the Madiun Regency. The research method for measuring the index of satisfaction for high school infrastructure services in Madiun Regency consists of six stages, namely literature study, survey design, field survey, survey assessment, gap analysis, and data presentation. The results showed that the Madiun District Infrastructure Service Satisfaction Index for the road and bridge sector was 76.66 in the Good category, while in the street lighting equipment sector the service
satisfaction index was 75.96 in the poor category. The community expectation index is 78.50 with an important category, meaning that currently the street lighting equipment is considered not good and represents high expectations from the community.
